NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF HARBACH BLVD AND EAST OF NW 82ND STREET FROM R-2 (SINGLE FAMILY AND DUPLEX FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT) TO R-3 (MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT)

    

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Clive, Iowa, will meet at the Clive City Hall, 1900 NW 114th Street, in the City of Clive, Iowa, at 6:00  p.m. on the 3rd day of April, 2014, at which time and place the City Council will hold a public hearing on a pro­posed amend­ment to the "CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLIVE, IOWA, 2008" which would amend the Official Zoning Map and zoning district boundaries to rezone the real estate legally described on Exhibit A, attached hereto, from R‑2 (Single Family and Duplex Family Residence District) to R-3 (Multiple Family Residence District).  Such amendment is set forth in the proposed Ordi­nance entitled as follows: 

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLIVE, IOWA, 2008" BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND ZONING DISTRICT BOUNDARIES BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF HARBACH BLVD AND EAST OF NW 82ND STREET FROM R-2 (SINGLE FAMILY AND DUPLEX FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT) TO R-3 (MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT)

 

            For all the particulars of the proposed amendment, see the proposed Ordinance entitled as set forth above now on file at the Clive City Hall with the City Clerk of the City of Clive. 

 

            All interested persons may appear at the public hearing and at such time and place the Clive City Council will consider any objections to the proposed Ordinance and give all interested persons an opportunity to be heard.  This Notice is given by order of the City Council of the City of Clive, Iowa.
